Yes. Notes are anonymous by default. No account, no name, no tracking. Customers can optionally leave an email if they'd like a follow-up, but it's never required.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens a simple web page where they type a quick note and hit send. No app, no login, no survey. It takes about 10 seconds.
What do I physically receive?
Knoted includes one professionally printed QR sign shipped after setup, and Knoted Pro includes 3. Extra signs are $5 each, one time: counter signs, tabletop cards, mirror stickers, gym tags, and more. Every sign you own also comes with its print-ready PDF, downloadable from your dashboard, so a local print shop can run extras whenever you want.
Do I need to install anything?
No assembly, and nothing to set up. Every sign arrives printed with your business's QR code already applied. The tabletop card folds into its own stand, the bill insert slips into your bill folder, and the mirror sticker peels and sticks. If a sign ever wears out, replacements are $5 flat, and both plans include print-ready files, so a fresh one is never more than a local print shop away.
How do I get started?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like and you'll keep access through the end of the period. No contracts, no lock-in.

The first 20 businesses to activate get Knoted for $29/mo instead of $39/mo, and that price is locked for as long as you stay continuously subscribed — it never steps up. Everything else works the same: the whole Knoted plan, month-to-month, and the full keep-the-sign guarantee. Cancel and the founding rate ends with the subscription. Once the 20 spots are taken, Knoted is $39/mo for everyone after.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
Then you shouldn't pay for it. Both plans have the keep-the-sign guarantee: say so within 30 days of going live and we'll refund everything, your plan and any extra signs. And you keep the sign.
